At Ferplast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new attire doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ferplast account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
